I would go with registry mechanic if I were spending money.
But CC Cleaner will do the same thing for free.
The best but now im using advanced uninstaller it also have registry cleaner.

The registry cleaner offers you the best protection and repair, go with it. This is usually the deal with registry cleaners. Some are ideal for each OS.
