What is the best registry cleaner for free?

I need one bad becuase my computer i screwing up and my dad thinks i play to many games thats why its slow but i know its the registry please help.
P.S. It need to be free and clean of spyware, viruses, and etc.

    Ok firstly you need 2 or 3 different types of programs inorder to do this properly.

    For the registry and unwanted programs use CC CLEANER free version.

    Spyware:
    Spybot Serach and destroy free

    Antivirus:
    AVG free
    Antivir free

    Firewall:
    Zonealarm free
    Norton internet security paid

    Just choose 1 out of each section, download, update and scan as well.

    A resgistry cleaner wont remove spyware and viruses, it will repair the registry. Though there are alot of good free programs to do all the things you asked for. To clean the registry you can download a program called CCleaner..

    For spyware and viruses i have a list of free and some non-free programs you can use, and are all very effective at what they do.
