It's free, and it can be downloaded from download.com and most other download centers on the Internet. More importantly, if you haven't done so already, scan your system for adware and spyware with programs like Ad-Aware and Spybot. Otherwise any registry scanner is worthless because the adware will write back over the changes that are made. Adware is responsible for over 80% of the registry-related service calls that I do.
